Ancelotti: No Modric Talk

The papers had been linking Chelsea to a move for Tottenham Hotspur’s creative central midfielder, Luka Modric.

Carlo Ancelotti has today distanced the club with a move for a player, but then again, he would do wouldn’t he?

“He’s a good player, but no-one is speaking about him here,” said Ancelotti. “Also, there’s no reason to speak now about new players. If we need to have something, we are able to do it. But there are a lot of games in this period – five games in a few days – so we have to stay focused on these games.”
