Capello’s Back: More Trouble For John Terry?

Pictures on Sky Sports news have just seen Fabio Capello’s arrival back in England. Accompanied by FA security men, the England manager was inevitably bombarded with questions about John Terry’s captaincy and the meeting believed to be taking place this evening.

Capello had no more to say than ‘no comment’, declining to give an indication either way. But if he was in any doubt just how much of a media circus his captain’s actions have whipped up, he’s certainly not in any doubt now.

Bearing in mind when he bestowed the honour on Terry, Capello suggested he regards the position of England captain as ‘the driver’, what will he do now that ‘driver’ has been pretty reckless behind the wheel?
