Injury Nightmare Continues: Cech Out The Latest

It never rains but it pours when it comes to our injuries it seems and with us only just having let our more than capable back-up keeper go to Spurs for nothing, Petr Cech’s gone and got himself injured.

So, instead of being safe in the knowledge that we’d have someone like Carlo Cudicini to step in, we’ll now be relying on the ring rusty Hilario in our game against Hull tomorrow.

Still, that’s no big deal according to Luiz Felipe Scolari, who says “In the game against Liverpool some player kicked him (Cech) in the back.  He completed the game, but after this he felt a lot of pain and it is impossible to play tomorrow and I think with the national team on Wednesday.  I believe in Hilario because he is a very good goalkeeper, it is not a problem for us. I have a good squad and I believe in all the players, it is not a problem.”

Let’s hope the defence turn up eh?
